2. Our services
We provide social media management, Instagram/YouTube growth, Meta Ads management, SEO, branding, UGC content and website development services. The exact scope, deliverables and duration of any engagement will be confirmed with you in writing (WhatsApp, email or an agreement) before work begins.
3. Quotes, packages & payments
- Package prices shown on our website are indicative and may change without prior notice; the price confirmed to you at the time of booking applies to your order.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required before we start work, as agreed with you.
- Payments are typically collected via UPI, bank transfer or the payment link we share. You are responsible for paying any transaction charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
- Recurring/monthly packages renew for the agreed period unless cancelled in advance as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Client responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to provide accurate business information, timely access (e.g. to your social pages, ad accounts or website), brand assets, and feedback/approvals within a reasonable time. Delays on your part may affect delivery timelines and results.
5. Timelines & delivery
Any timeline we share is an estimate based on normal working conditions. Timelines may shift due to platform changes, delayed client approvals/inputs, holidays, or factors outside our control (for example, changes to Instagram/YouTube/Meta algorithms or policies).
6. Ownership & content rights
Once an invoice is paid in full, deliverables created specifically for you (such as final creatives, website files, or ad copy) belong to you, except for any third-party assets, stock content, fonts or tools we licensed on your behalf, which remain subject to their own licence terms. We may showcase completed work (with your permission) in our portfolio and marketing.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, account access and performance data as confidential and use it only to deliver your services. We do not share your data with competitors or unrelated third parties.
8. Results disclaimer
We use genuine, organic strategies and cannot guarantee a specific number of followers, views, leads, sales or ranking position, since results depend on factors we do not fully control — including platform algorithm changes, your niche, budget, content quality and market conditions. Any figures shown on our website (case studies, "results" pages, testimonials) reflect specific past clients and are not a guarantee of similar results for you.
9. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving notice as agreed at the time of booking (typically before the next billing cycle for monthly packages). We may pause or end services if payment is not made on time, if you provide false information, or if you ask us to carry out activity that violates a platform's policies or the law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexo Media India's total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business or data, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as a page or ad account being restricted).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nexo Media India against claims, losses or costs arising from content, information or instructions you provide to us, or from your breach of these Terms or of any third-party platform's policies.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
