1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexo Media India (“Nexo”, “we”, “us”) handles your information when you visit nexomediaindia.com, contact us, or use our social media, advertising, SEO and website development services.
By using this website you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address and country.
- The service you are interested in and any message or details you write to us, including your name, phone number and messages if you use the “share details” form in our chat assistant.
- If you become a client: business name, brand assets (logo, photos, videos, content), links to your social media pages, and the access we need to run your campaigns (for example Meta Business Manager, ad account, Google Business Profile or website access).
- Billing details you share with us for invoicing and payment.
Information collected automatically
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Our web host and the third-party services listed in section 5 may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type when your browser loads their content.
3. How our contact form and chat work
When you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, the website prepares a message and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us. The details are not saved on this website. They reach us only when you press send inside WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
The chat assistant on this website answers from pre-written information inside your browser. While you only chat and ask questions, your messages are not sent to us.
If you choose to use the “Details share karein” form in the chat, your name, phone number, message and the conversation so far are sent to our team by email through a form-to-email service (FormSubmit or a similar provider). After you submit that form, your later messages in the same chat are also sent so the team can follow up. Nothing is sent unless you submit the form. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp instead, that message is sent through WhatsApp.
So that your chat is not lost when you move between pages, the assistant keeps the conversation in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. It is not a cookie and is not sent to us.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and give you quotes or a free consultation.
- To plan, deliver and report on the services you buy from us.
- To send invoices, handle payments and keep accounting records.
- To share updates about your project and, if you agree, information about our services and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep our website and business secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it to anyone.
5. Third-party services
Some parts of the website load or link to services run by other companies. They have their own privacy policies:
- Google Fonts – delivers the fonts used on the site, so your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads.
- Form-to-email service (FormSubmit or similar) – delivers the chat details you choose to submit to our email inbox.
- YouTube and Vimeo – our videos load only after you tap play. Once you do, these services may set cookies and collect viewing data.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube links – when you click them you leave our website and are covered by that platform’s policy.
- Meta, Google and other advertising or SEO platforms – when we run services for you, your business information and campaign data are processed on those platforms under your agreement with them.
We share information with service providers only when it is needed to deliver our services to you, or when the law requires it.
6. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising cookies. Cookies may be set by third-party content you choose to play, such as an embedded video. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. Client accounts and access
Where possible we work through official role-based access (for example adding us as a partner or admin in Meta Business Manager) so that you never have to share a password. We recommend you do the same with any agency. We use the access you give us only for the work you have asked for, and you can remove our access at any time.
8. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up. Client information is kept while we provide services and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information earlier (see section 10).
9. How we protect information
We limit access to your information to team members who need it for your project, and we use the security controls of the platforms we work with. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Your rights and choices
